The Somerset Charabanc brings audiences and performers together in an intimate, spellbinding outdoor theatrical adventure

Join Pete and Ivan’s Tours of Somerset on The Somerset Charabanc!

This is a very special tour because Sam and Evie are getting married!  They only met yesterday but fell instantly head over heels in love.  As they find out what new-found love means, a ghost from the past comes out from the shadows.

Set and performed on a 1920’s miller’s cart pulled by two Suffolk Punch horses, the show starts and finishes at The Rose & Crown Inn at Huish Episcopi before passing through Langport, across the Somerset Levels to Muchelney and back again.

Featuring songs from Cecil Sharp’s Langport collection, this is a truly unique experience.  Suitable for ages 5+, spaces are strictly limited so be sure to book yours early.

The Somerset Charabanc is being performed as part of LangFest17, but with performances the weekend before there are plenty of opportunities to jump on board.

The Somerset Charabanc lasts for approximately five miles/two hours.
